This Privacy Policy details how we collect, store, and safeguard data when you use our industrial listing platform.  

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
   To provide a secure and clean peer-to-peer B2B trading environment, we collect the following business and operational data:
   • Registration & Profile Information: Company Name, authorized representative name, business address, and operational phone numbers.
   • Corporate Identification: GSTIN (Goods and Services Tax Identification Number), Corporate Identification Number (CIN), or standard identity proofs required to unlock a manual verification status badge.
   • Listing Data: Machine technical specifications, factory location coordinates, pricing models, and operational media/images uploaded by sellers.
   • Verification Records: Necessary transactional details provided during manual bank transfer or UPI verification checks.  
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
   We process user information strictly for B2B marketplace operations:
   • To facilitate connection requests between industrial buyers, procurement engineers, and heavy machinery sellers.
   • To manually audit and verify seller accounts, preventing fraudulent machinery ads.
   • To manage account subscriptions, listing upgrades, and system alerts via your seller dashboard.
   • We do NOT sell, rent, or lease your corporate or personal data to third-party consumer marketing agencies.  
3. DATA VISIBILITY & SHARING
   • Public Listings: Any machinery details, operational locations, specifications, and seller contact indicators you choose to publish inside an advertisement will be visible to visiting buyers across the public marketplace directory.
   • Third-Party Sales: Because Accord Used Machines operates on a zero-commission model, final sales negotiations occur directly between buyers and sellers. We do not track or share private transaction contracts executed off-platform.
   • Legal Compliance: We may disclose operational business records if required by Indian judicial authorities, governing tax institutions, or local law enforcement agencies under applicable statutes.  
4. DATA SECURITY & RETENTION
   We employ standard digital security protocols to shield corporate registration logs from unauthorized access, accidental alteration, or disclosure. Business listings and account logs are retained as long as your account remains active on the platform. You may request account deactivation or partial listing data erasure at any time by contacting our support desk.  
5. GOVERNING LAW
   This Privacy Policy is governed exclusively by the laws of India. Any data privacy concerns or legal claims shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
