A: To maintain the highest standard of platform security and prevent fraudulent listings, we enforce strict business-to-business authentication. Verifying your business credentials protects all marketplace participants.

2. TRANSACTIONS & FREIGHT LOGISTICS
Q: Does usedmachines.co handle shipping, dismantling, or plant rigging?
A: No. usedmachines.co provides informational listing infrastructure only. Dismantling, structural rigging, heavy hauling logistics, customs clearance, and transit insurance must be negotiated and coordinated directly between the independent buyer and the seller.

Q: How are payments handled on the platform?
A: All financial negotiations, legal asset transfers, and payments take place entirely outside the platform directly between the trading businesses. We recommend utilizing secure bank milestone payments or corporate Letters of Credit (LC).
