1. B2B USER VERIFICATION & GSTIN REQUIREMENTS
Our platform strictly facilitates business-to-business (B2B) transactions involving industrial plants, machinery, and commercial equipment. To list machinery, post ads, or contact sellers, users must provide valid business credentials, including a verified Goods and Services Tax Identification Number (GSTIN) or corporate registration data where applicable. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete business verification details.

2. MARKETPLACE ROLES & LISTING RESPONSIBILITIES
usedmachines.co acts solely as a venue and listing aggregator for buyers and sellers of industrial machinery. We do not own, inspect, validate, or guarantee the physical condition, safety, operational status, or legal ownership of any listed assets (including Saw Mills, Industrial Plants, and heavy machinery).
• Sellers are entirely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, pricing, and machinery availability.
• Buyers are strictly advised to perform independent engineering audits, valuation, and physical inspections prior to transferring funds.

3. TRANSACTIONAL & PAYMENT DISCLAIMERS
The platform provides informational listing infrastructure. All financial negotiations, payments, logistics, and legal transfers of machinery take place directly between the buyer and the seller. usedmachines.co is not a party to any commercial contract executed between marketplace users and holds zero liability for transactional defaults, mechanical failures, or shipping disputes.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PROHIBITED USE
All software, layout designs, and aggregated content on usedmachines.co are the intellectual property of the platform or its licensors. Users may not scrape listings, copy proprietary ad text, or deploy automated bots without explicit written consent.
